Audit Reports

AI Visibility Reports are delivered for your internal business use. You may share reports within your organisation and with your agency partners.

Reports reflect AI platform responses at the time of analysis. AI-generated answers change frequently — your results represent a snapshot, not a permanent state. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements from implementing our recommendations.

Data Collection

To produce your report, we run non-branded queries across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews) and collect the responses. This data is used solely to generate your report.

We may use anonymised, aggregated data from reports to produce industry benchmarks and research (e.g., the Cited Index). No individual brand data is disclosed without explicit permission.

GEO Score & Free Tools

The GEO Score scanner and other free tools are provided as-is. Scores are based on automated analysis of publicly accessible website data and are intended as directional guidance, not a definitive assessment. We may update scoring methodology at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Cited provides information and analysis services. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports, changes in AI platform behaviour, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
