See which creators shape your AI visibility.

AI can draw on YouTube, social posts and creator content when answering category questions. Social Intelligence shows you which creators appear in the sources AI cites, what they cover, and whether they mention your brand or your competitors.

Creator landscape

See every creator AI cites in your category.

One row per creator or channel, with how often they are cited, who they lean toward, and the audience reach behind them.

What that means
  • Know who influences the answer. See which creators appear repeatedly in AI citations, and whether their coverage leans toward you, toward a competitor, or is shared. A blank where the evidence is too thin to call.
  • Separate creators from other sources. Brands, retailers, publishers and other non-creator accounts are classified separately, not counted as creators.

Creator gaps

Find the creators talking about your competitors, not you.

See which creators appear in AI answers for your category but are missing from your brand's coverage. Find the content that gives competitors visibility and the creator relationships worth pursuing.

What that means
  • See competitor coverage. Identify creators whose cited content features a rival more often than your brand, or names one and never you.
  • Find the missing conversations. The topics and product conversations where competitors are present and you are not.
  • Turn visibility into a target list. Save creators to a shortlist, ranked by citation frequency, relevance and the size of the competitive gap.

Individual creator intelligence

Open any creator and see the evidence behind their AI influence.

See the content AI cited, the prompts that surfaced it, the platforms involved, and the brands named inside each piece of content.

What that means
  • See the evidence, not just a score. Open the cited content itself and see how often it appeared in AI answers.
  • Understand what the content says. The prompts that surfaced it, the platforms involved, and the brands named inside each piece.
  • Use public contact information only. A business email appears when the creator has published one, never inferred and never bought.

Questions about Social Intelligence

Still deciding? Talk to us or read the guides.

Is Social Intelligence available in the dashboard today?

Yes, on Scale and above. It runs on production citation data, and it is off on Starter and Pro. It is also switched on per brand while the creator view is proved out, so talk to us if you are on a lower plan and want your brand enabled early.

Is this a creator database I can search?

No, and it is not trying to be. Cited only holds the creators and channels appearing in the AI sources for your tracked prompts, which is a far shorter list than a search index and answers a different question. If you need breadth, your existing creator tool does that, and this is designed to hand it a shortlist.

Do you show audience demographics?

No. Age, gender and city breakdowns for someone else's audience are not available through any legitimate route on YouTube or Instagram, and we would rather leave the column out than estimate it. The core signal here is whether and how often a creator's content appears in AI citations. Reach is shown where reliable public data exists, alongside where the creator is based, what they publish, and the citation record itself.

Which social platforms does Social Intelligence cover?

Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok, and coverage follows whichever social and video sources appear in the citation data for your tracked answers. Resolution is reported per platform rather than averaged into one number: measured in September 2026, every one of the four resolves above 98%.

Your AI visibility is not built only on pages you own.

AI answers can draw from reviews, videos, social posts, communities and other third-party sources. When creators repeatedly appear in those citations, what they publish becomes part of the information AI sees about your category. Social Intelligence shows you where that creator layer helps you, where it helps competitors, and where the gaps are.
