Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and payments made for the Cited Services, operated by Safairah Technologies Private Limited (“Cited,” “we,” “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except as described below.
7-day satisfaction window. For first-time customers on a monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription start date if the Services do not meet your expectations. Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for 12 months at a discounted rate.
30-day refund window. You may request a full refund of your annual subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase if the Services do not meet your expectations.
After 30 days. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from the initial purchase or renewal. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of an annual term.
3. Free Audits, Free Tier, and Trial Offerings
Free audits, free tier usage, and trial offerings do not involve payment and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
4. Custom and Enterprise Plans
Refunds for Custom or Enterprise plans are governed by the specific terms of your written agreement with us. In the absence of specific terms, the annual subscription terms above apply.
5. Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period. We will not refund a period that has already been charged because you forgot to cancel before renewal.
6. Service Failures Attributable to Us
If we materially fail to deliver Services due to extended outages attributable to us, we may issue credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Outages, model changes, policy changes, or service interruptions by third-party AI providers, payment processors, or other external services outside our control are not grounds for refunds.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email
- Subscription details (plan, billing date, amount)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refund timing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first at [email protected]. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate, and may delay the refund process.
9. Currency
INR transactions are refunded in INR via Razorpay. International transactions are refunded in the original transaction currency via Stripe. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences or third-party transaction fees retained by banks or card networks.
