Walk into the pitch holding their data.

Your prospect wants to know why AI keeps naming three competitors and not them. Run the audit before you sign them, on real answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI, and open the meeting with the answer instead of a deck. One plan covers the whole roster, and every report goes out under your brand.

Prospect → Pitch → Deliver → Prove

Your clients' buyers have started asking AI instead of Google.

They ask what to buy and who to trust, then act on the brands the answer names. Being recommended by an AI is the new front door, and most of your clients have no idea whether they are in the room.

Nobody is selling them the answer yet, because almost nobody can measure it.

One platform, four things you can put on an invoice.

AI search is new enough that few agencies can measure it and fewer can fix it. The capability is scarce and the demand is already arriving in your inbox. Cited gives you both the measurement and the work, so the line item is deliverable the week you sell it.

White-label reporting
A monthly AI visibility report for every client, under your logo and your colours, sent as a link they open without an account.
Competitive benchmarking
Where each client wins and loses against their named rivals, question by question, on every AI platform you track them on.
Execution work
Content briefs, off-site placements and technical fixes, each one naming the page and the reason it was chosen.
Prospect audits
A real diagnosis you run before you pitch, which is how the other three turn into a retainer.

It runs alongside the SEO stack you already pay for rather than replacing it.

Win the work

Walk in already knowing why AI names their competitors.

Run a full AI visibility read on a brand you have not signed yet, on real answers from the platforms their buyers actually use. Every plan carries its own audit allowance, ring-fenced server-side from the tracking your paying clients sit on, so prospecting never costs them depth. A pitch runs on demand when the meeting moves up rather than waiting for the overnight cycle. Win it and the prospect becomes a client brand with its setup carried forward. Lose it and it archives, ready for when they come back.

Bill more per head

Take on more clients without hiring more people.

Every client is read against the same source graph, so a domain deciding answers for one of them is usually deciding them for another, and the same template gap turns up across several of their sites. Four clients missing the same schema is one piece of work rather than four tickets, and that is where an agency's economics actually move. The roster then puts every client on one screen with their AI Visibility Score, sentiment and citation rate, and one click into any account.

Keep the retainer

Make the third month about what moved.

Each item on the fix list names the page, why it was chosen and the brief to do the work, under your logo. Then the same prompts that raised the gap are re-checked, so the monthly call is about whether the number moved rather than about whether anything shipped. Renewals are decided on that conversation, and it is the one most agencies have to improvise.

Three ways it shows up in your P&L.

Every agency asks the same three questions before it resells anything. What does it cost me, what do I hand the client, and does any of this bring me work I did not already have.

Margin

You buy wholesale and set your own retail.

One plan covers every brand on the roster and is billed to you, not to your clients, so the tenth brand does not need a tenth subscription. What you charge on top of it is your number and you keep it.

  • One invoice across the whole roster
  • You set the retail price and keep the markup
  • No exclusivity, so working with us never stops you working with anyone else
  • We do not publish a suggested retainer and we do not sell past you into your roster
The deliverable

A report your client opens without a login.

Set your logo, name and colours once and every client-facing report carries them. Cited's name is on nothing your client ever sees, on any plan. Publish a report as a link they open with no account, give it an expiry so a cold pitch is not left sitting live on the internet, and see how often it was read.

  • Your logo, name and colours on everything client-facing
  • A shareable link with an expiry date and a view count
  • Ranked fixes with the page named and a brief on every item
  • A topic-by-topic score per client, each subject marked attack, defend or monitor
  • Your own domain on Scale and Custom (coming soon)
New business

Brands ask us who does the work, and we point at you.

We sell the platform and we do not take the execution, so the content, digital PR and technical work has to go somewhere. It goes to the agencies on the roster. That makes us a channel rather than only a line of cost, and there is nothing exclusive attached to it.

  • Inbound brands referred out for content, PR and technical delivery
  • Run it for your own clients, service the brands we send, or both
  • Non-exclusive, so it never limits who else you work with

Priced across the roster, not per client

One plan covers every brand you run, billed to you rather than to each client, on one invoice. Prospect audits and white-label reports are on every plan. Agency accounts are opened by our team, so the first step is a walkthrough rather than a checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Is this for us?

It fits three shapes of agency. An SEO or content agency whose clients have started asking about ChatGPT and who would rather answer than improvise. A full-service or performance agency looking for a line that wins pitches rather than another tool licence. And a solo GEO consultant who needs pricing in rupees and something that punches above their size in a room. If you run AI search for exactly one brand, including your own, the brand plans are the cheaper way in.

What counts as an AI answer?

One prompt, read on one AI platform, once. We re-check every prompt daily, so a brand tracking 50 prompts on 3 platforms uses 4,500 answers in a 30 day month. Your plan is a monthly pool you spread across your brands and chosen platforms however you like.

Do prospect audits come out of the answer pool?

No. Audits have their own monthly allowance, ring-fenced server-side, so pitching a new brand never eats the tracking your paying clients sit on. The count per plan is on the agency pricing page, and you can buy more.

What happens if we go over the plan?

We tell you and we keep running. Nothing stops mid-month and no client's tracking goes dark because you added a brand on a Tuesday. We flag it, then work out with you whether the answer add-on or the next plan up is the right fix.

How is it priced?

Per brand across the roster, billed to you rather than to your clients, on one invoice. The plan is pooled, so every brand draws from the same monthly answer allowance and you decide how to split it. The plans are on the agency pricing page.

Do you take our clients direct?

No. We do not sell past you into your roster, and there is no exclusive tier here, so working with us never stops you working with anyone else.

Does any business come the other way?

Some. Brands arrive asking who can actually do the content, digital PR and technical work, and we do not do delivery ourselves, so we point them at agencies on the platform. It is introductions rather than a lead feed, there is no fee attached, and nothing about it is exclusive.

Can we white-label the whole platform?

Reports, yes: your logo, your name, your colours, on a link the client opens without a Cited login, and our name appears on nothing they see. The platform itself, not yet, and we would rather say that than say soon. Putting reports on your own domain is Scale and Custom, and that one is coming rather than built.

We already pay for Ahrefs or Semrush. Why this as well?

They report on Google: where a client ranks and who links to them. Cited measures whether an AI answer names the client at all, which is a separate question with a separate fix. A brand can sit at position one on Google and never appear in the ChatGPT answer for the same buying question. This does not replace that stack, it covers the channel that stack cannot see.

Our clients are not asking about AI yet.

Some will this quarter, and the agency that already has the answer tends to keep the account. The cheapest way to find out is to run the free AI visibility report on your best client and see what comes back.

How do we know the work actually moved anything?

We re-check the same prompts that raised the gap, so you and the client see whether the number moved in the same view. What we guarantee is the input: what to do, why, and the evidence behind it. We do not promise an outcome on a date, and we would rather show you a number that did not move than a report saying the work happened.

Does it tell us what to fix on the client's site?

Site Health scores every client site on the six stages a model clears before it cites a page: whether it can reach the page, identify it, read an answer out of it, go deep enough on it, trust it, and find it from the rest of the site. It names the one stage holding the rest back and how many pages the fix touches, which is the scope line you put on the proposal. Cited only reads the site, so the work stays yours to bill.

How do we start?

Book a walkthrough. Agency accounts are opened by our team rather than through a checkout, so we size the roster with you, set the AI platforms per brand, and put the first prospect audits in front of you.
