Which Cited plan is right for me?
Starter is for teams beginning to measure AI visibility. Pro is for teams that want Source and Topic Intelligence plus prioritised actions. Scale is for larger or multi-brand programmes, and adds AI Shelf, Social Intelligence and Agents. Enterprise is for custom coverage, integrations and larger-scale deployments. If you are unsure, most brands start on Pro, because measurement without the diagnosis underneath it tends to stall after the first month.
What counts as an AI answer?
One prompt, read on one AI platform, once a day. Track 250 prompts across three platforms and we read 750 answers a day, which is 22,500 a month. We meter answers rather than prompts because a prompt on five platforms is five times the work of a prompt on one, and the answer is the thing we read and parse.
Which AI platforms does Cited monitor?
Starter and Pro track ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini, which is three of the seven we cover. Scale adds Perplexity and Google AI Mode for five, and Enterprise adds Claude and Grok for all seven. Every prompt runs against every platform on your plan, once a day.
Can I try Cited before paying?
Starter and Pro start with 14 days free and no card. Scale and Enterprise do not, because the answer volume on those plans is too large to give away unmetered, so they begin with a conversation instead. Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, both from settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Cancellation stops billing at the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays available until then.
What happens when I reach my prompt limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. Tracking continues on the prompts you already have, and the dashboard tells you that you are at the limit, so you can either retire a prompt or move up a plan.
How does payment and invoicing work?
Cards in USD and INR, and bank transfer on annual plans. Indian customers are billed in INR and GST is added on top. Everyone else is billed in USD, and the USD price you see is the amount you are charged. Every payment gets an invoice.
Do you offer agency or multi-brand plans?
Yes, and it is priced separately from the plans on this page. Agency pricing is pooled across your whole roster rather than bought one brand at a time, and it is not self-serve yet, so it starts with a call rather than a checkout. The plans are at getcited.in/pricing/agencies.
How long before we see changes in AI visibility?
The first read lands overnight, so you see where you stand the next morning. Moving a number depends on publishing the work, which for most brands is four to eight weeks on the pages the answers are built from. We show you which pages those are on day one.
